Nice place with free Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff provided a timely wake-up call, which I remember fondly. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Very special experience there. Good small and simply stunning accommodation with beautiful setting just off the hotel's restaurant which is also serene, comfortable, with varied sun/shade seats and good music as well as Tulum should be, and should protect.

Location: the hotel was next to Garden 2, Jungle 2 and Tulik 2, the venue's restaurant which is also serene, comfortable, with varied sun/shade seats and good music, and fine white sand beach.

I almost thought about giving a good review but then remembered the bugs in my room and the noisy beach from the neighbor hotel. For the price i paid, i expected a complimentary upgrade, at least. The whole experience was nothing short of disappointing, not to mention that a proper roof was clearly too much to ask for!

The beachfront location offered fine ocean views while enjoying breakfast, and the staff's unparalleled attentiveness made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

I really loved the intimate vibe and chic beach club that made hanging out there so enjoyable. Relaxing on the sun loungers and indulging in a full body massage was just the right way to unwind. Just a heads up, the jungle setting means you might want to bring some bug spray along for the trip! 🌴
